Pina's Bistro is a bright culinary jewel amidst many fine Italian eateries in Orange County, California. Established in 1995 with her family, Pina's dream of opening a restaurant became a reality. Native to Naples, Italy, Pina has worked with her daughters, perfecting authentic dishes for over 25 years. 

Using only the freshest and finest ingredients, Pina handcrafts manicotti, lasagna, and cannelloni with homemade pasta. In addition to fresh pasta, Pina makes fresh sausage the traditional Italian way using sweet fennel. Anyone who's tried Pina's salad dressing will tell you that "it's good enough to drink."
